      What taxes do I need to pay?

      If the space you host on is a second property or a property that you don’t live in, you can earn up to £1,000 tax-free each year. Any rent over that amount is taxable rental income and will be subject to Income Tax. The amount of Income Tax you pay is based on your income band. 

      Can I reserve my apartment for certain dates?
      Yes, you will have a personal account within our management system, enabling you to reserve calendar dates freely and without limits.
      Additionally, you have the option to temporarily suspend the service if necessary.
      How do I manage bookings?

      Who pays for the cleaning?

      The ‘cleaning fees’ are an extra charge that is fully covered by the guest..

      What happens if something gets damaged/broken?

      Our support team is available to handle minor repairs (like changing a light bulb or unblocking a stuck blind). For more serious issues, we reach out to professional partners we collaborate with.

      What is the cost of Hello's service?

      There are no fixed costs involved.
      Our commission is calculated after deducting portal fees and cleaning costs and is structured as follows:

        • 15% + VAT for B&Bs, guesthouses, and hotels
        • 18% + VAT for holiday apartments.”
